Fees are a percentage of rent we actually collect. You can change plans later.

Eviction Protection Plan

For a fixed monthly fee, we pay the attorney and process-server costs of an uncontested eviction. Court fees, contested cases and trial are not included. Not an insurance policy. For tenants already in place, coverage begins after six months.

After you submit: Stanley reviews your information, then emails your management agreement to sign online. Nothing is binding until you sign it.
