How and when do I receive my rent?
If you provided your account information, we will ACH directly to your bank account so you don’t have to deposit checks. We usually process payments between 15th – 20th of each month.
Where do I see details of my property?
Do I need to leave any reserves?
Yes, depending on the asset being managed, we will request a reserve fund to cover unexpected bills. We want to provide hassle free experience for our landlords.
What is the full service management program?
Full service management program is where our team will make all the payments on behalf of the landlord including mortgage, property tax, insurance and any utilities bills. We do it all for you so you don’t have to worry.
What is the Rent-Guarantee program?
Will you look and screen for tenants?
Yes, we absolutely will. Our professional team will search and screen every potential tenant to find the best suitable tenant for your property.
Do you help with maintenance and repairs?
Yes, under our full service management, we will search the best workmanship for your property.
Do you handle eviction?
Yes, we will handle your legal proceedings with evictions so you don’t have to worry and enjoy life.
